Installation notes:
1) Install CoD4, do not crack yet!
2) Install CoD4 1.3 patch
3) Install CoD4 1.4 patch
4) Install CoD4 1.4-1.5 patch
5) Crack Game - copy and paste the included Server and Single-Game cracks "iw3sp.exe" and "iw3mp.exe" into
. . C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare
6) Install The All-seeing Eye
7) Go to Options and then Games. Find Call of Duty 1 and hit 'browse',
• locate to your CoD4 folder and choose iws32mp.exe and click "OK".
8) Go to "File" - "Import Server List".
• Find the server list.
• And add it to "Favorites 1".
9)Double click a server to join

Alternative installation: apply 1.4 and 1.4-1.5 patches after installing The All-seeing Eye if you have issues getting online. I didn't.
